Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges or store credit only. Refunds are not available unless there is an error on our part.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return window is 14 days from the date of purchase (in-store) or ship date (online orders). After 14 days, we cannot offer exchanges or store credit.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, free from odors, and in the same condition as received. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories and final sale merchandise

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us at shopstella904@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase or ship date
  2. Mail your item to: 133 Tormenta Way, Statesboro, GA 30458
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm
  4. For store credit: We'll send you a discount code for the full amount
  5. For exchanges: We'll ship your exchange item once your return is received

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For items over $100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
